Youth

Youth

Our focus for our youth, whether in middle-school or high-school follows a similar pattern. We want to provide for our teens in four essential areas.

Discipleship

Teaching young students to become disciples through having their own faith that leads to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is a primary directive. We want students to be able to articulate why they believe.

Community

In today’s world maybe more than ever it is imperative that our teenagers have a place where they feel they belong. We strive to create a community atmosphere where our students can feel loved, safe, and welcomed.

Family

While the student is our focus when they are with us, equipping parents for spiritual transformation of their teens is essential. We understand that the primary source for forming a spiritual life must be the home.

Mission

While learning about God’s Word is important, putting it to practice is pivotal in building a life-long faith. We place importance on not just teaching but showing the student what it looks like to live out God’s mission. Whether here with the youth group, at school, or at home, faith must be an action verb.
